AccessAI raises $8M to launch an AI assistant that auto-generates alt text and semantic labels

AccessAI uses multimodal models and accessibility heuristics to propose alt text tuned to context—product photos vs. infographics—and can suggest ARIA roles for complex widgets. The assistant exports remediation patches and developer-friendly diffs to accelerate fixes.
