Adobe and Unity co-develop 'Scene Composer AI' to auto-generate interactive UI for games

Adobe and Unity co-developed Scene Composer AI, a tool that produces interactive game UI layouts optimized for in-engine performance. Designers can describe intended player information density and aesthetic, and the tool generates HUD layouts, menu flows, and responsive overlays compatible with Unity's UI toolkit.

Scene Composer AI generates both visual assets and the underlying UI logic—bindings for data-driven elements, animation curves for transitions, and performance-aware batching recommendations. Exports come as editable prefabs and assets that can be tuned by engineers.

The partnership aims to reduce iteration friction by making it easier for creative teams to prototype in familiar design tools and then move those prototypes into Unity without losing fidelity or performance. A beta program will open to select studios later this year.
