Editors can apply a high-level prompt to generate a scene and then refine specific frames without breaking continuity.

Adobe integrated timeline-aware controls and keyframe-compatible parameter editing so generative assets behave like native clip effects. This enables blending generative fills into color workflows and VFX pipelines with predictable interpolation between edits.

Safety and provenance features include automatic watermarking metadata and an exportable edit history that records prompt variations and model versions. Adobe also updated collaboration features so teams can comment on generative edits directly within Premiere and After Effects projects.
