Adobe integrates Firefly 3 natively across Creative Cloud apps

Adobe's latest Creative Cloud release embeds Firefly 3 as a local-first generative engine inside flagship apps. Designers can invoke generative fills that maintain layer semantics, vector paths, and smart object linkage, making outputs editable rather than flattened.
Illustrator's vector generation can now produce parametric shapes and suggested path simplifications, which reduces manual cleanup. InDesign offers contextual layout generation that adapts text flows and responsive grids to generated imagery, streamlining multipage collateral production.
Adobe also introduced provenance metadata baked into exported assets so teams can trace what was generated and which prompts produced it. For large studios, the integration promises faster ideation cycles without sacrificing the ability to iterate on production-ready assets.
