Adobe XD adds model evaluation panel and automated safety scanner

The model evaluation panel surfaces the model used, the prompt, temperature settings, and a compact safety assessment that highlights potential copyright, likeness, or offensive-content risks. Designers can toggle automatic mitigations or request alternative outputs.

XD also ships an automated safety scanner that runs against artboards and exported assets, flagging items that might violate third-party content policies or usage terms. The scanner provides remediation suggestions like rephrasing prompts or re-seeding generations with different constraints.

Adobe framed the release as part of its broader push toward responsible generative design, with enterprise features for audit logs and team approvals. The company said integrations with Creative Cloud and version control will allow traceable workflows for regulated industries.
