Adobe XD Reimagined: AI-Powered Layout Cleanup and Motion Presets

Adobe XD’s update introduces Cleanup Assistant, an AI feature that detects inconsistent spacing, misaligned anchors, and nested grouping issues, offering one‑click fixes that preserve intent. Designers can preview changes and lock areas they want to keep untouched.

Motion presets are another highlight: feed a static screen and a target state, and XD suggests a library of micro-interactions with easing and duration tuned for platform conventions. Presets export to After Effects with layers and timing metadata, enabling motion designers to iterate faster.

Adobe emphasized collaboration with Creative Cloud Libraries: tokens and motion presets can be published and versioned across teams. The update aims to reduce the repetitive work in high-volume product design cycles and speed delivery of polished transitions.
