Anthropic releases 'Claude Creative' for art direction and image-guided prompts

Claude Creative is tuned for direction-level prompts that guide visual language, palette decisions, and composition rules. The model can accept example images and return annotated suggestions that map to design tokens, proposed layer structures and note-based art direction for illustrators.
Anthropic built new safety and provenance filters into Claude Creative to detect potentially copyrighted source imagery and to flag style mimicry requests. When such prompts are detected, the model offers alternative, non-mimetic suggestions and metadata warnings to guide ethical creative choices.
Early design studios said Claude Creative accelerates concept rounds by turning vague art director briefs into concrete, structured proposals. Anthropic is offering the model via API and a hosted studio interface with optional enterprise data controls.
