Aperture Labs releases private multimodal agent for regulated enterprises and raises $50M

Aperture Labs today released Aperture Secure Agent, an enterprise product that bundles an audit-first multimodal LLM with data connectors for regulated systems. The agent can run in private cloud or on-prem, log provenance for every model response, and apply fine-grained access controls to sensitive corpora.

The company raised $50 million from a strategic round including several systems integrators and a sovereign wealth fund. The investment will support certified on-prem appliances, SOC 2 and ISO compliance efforts, and vertical-specific model fine-tuning for healthcare and finance.

Aperture positions the Secure Agent as a way for enterprises to get multimodal capabilities without exposing PII to public clouds. Pilot customers in clinical research and financial analysis reported faster document triage and constrained generation that respects regulatory boundaries.
