Apple updates App Store Connect with Live Debugging and new metadata previews

App Store Connect now includes a Live Debugging console for developers to stream telemetry and UI screenshots to Apple's review teams under controlled, consented sessions. The feature is designed to reduce lengthy review rejections caused by platform-specific issues, by providing real-time reproduction data.
The platform also added a metadata preview system that renders store listings across device sizes and locales, including dynamic product pages with video and AR previews. Designers can toggle accessibility overlays to ensure descriptions and assets meet contrast and localization standards before submission.
Apple emphasized privacy and review integrity: live sessions require explicit tester consent, ephemeral tokens, and a fixed time window. The combined changes are positioned to speed approvals and improve listing quality across the App Store ecosystem.
