Aptiva Labs today announced Atlas, a real-time multimodal agent that ingests live video, audio, and text to deliver context-aware actions and concise summaries for enterprise users. Built to run both in the cloud and on edge appliances, Atlas emphasizes sub-second inference for live streams, with a developer SDK and pre-built connectors for popular CRM and collaboration platforms.
Concurrently, Aptiva revealed a $120 million Series B led by Meridian Capital with participation from Harbor Fund and several strategic corporate investors. The company plans to use the capital to expand its hardware partnerships, accelerate research into low-power multimodal inference, and grow its enterprise sales teams across Europe and Asia.
Early customers include a telecom operator and a manufacturing firm that piloted live inspection workflows using Atlas to highlight anomalies and push automated maintenance tickets. Aptiva’s CEO said the product aims to move organizations beyond batch analytics into continuous situational awareness, lowering average handling times and improving field technician outcomes.
