Aptus Robotics Raises $95M to Ship Autonomous Warehouse Palletizer

The round was led by Meridian Infrastructure Partners and included strategic investors from logistics and packaging sectors. Aptus will use funds to expand manufacturing capacity, certify safety standards, and open regional deployment hubs.

AtlasPallet combines a multi-suction end effector, vision-guided picks, and a mobile base for dynamic workcell reconfiguration. The system supports mixed-SKU palleting and integrates with warehouse management systems to adapt to shifting order profiles.

Pilot sites recorded a 40% reduction in manual lifting and a significant decrease in overtime hours during peak seasons. The company emphasizes that AtlasPallet is designed to collaborate with human workers for complex or fragile items, not to fully replace them.

Analysts say the heavy capital spend on automation continues as labor markets tighten, but integration complexity and upfront costs could slow adoption among smaller operators. Aptus is offering subscription leasing to lower the barrier to entry.
