ArcadeMint raises $14M and launches MintStudio for bridging NFTs and playable game assets

ArcadeMint announced a $14M seed round led by PlayFoundry and released MintStudio, a platform that standardizes game-ready NFTs with verification for collision meshes, LODs, and animation rigs. ArcadeMint aims to shift the narrative from collectible-only NFTs to usable assets that developers can safely integrate.
MintStudio includes a certification pipeline for asset quality, a licensing contract model for usage rights, and a streaming mechanism to deliver large assets efficiently during gameplay. ArcadeMint emphasized governance features that allow creators to set royalties tied to in-game usage rather than marketplace flips.
Funds will be used to expand partnerships with middleware providers, publish SDKs for major engines, and subsidize asset onboarding for creators. Early studio partners reported simplified integration and fewer runtime issues when importing certified assets from MintStudio.
