ArcForge ships Ember Mini: a 7-inch dev desktop for mobile-first creators

ArcForge today announced the Ember Mini, a portable development desktop designed to shorten iteration cycles for mobile app and game creators. The device features a 7-inch 120Hz OLED, a cooled ARM SoC optimized for Android/iOS emulation, and native USB-C capture for rapid device mirroring.

The company highlights Ember Mini’s low-latency input and on-device profiling tools, which integrate with common IDEs and game engines. Developers can record network traces, simulate battery and thermal profiles, and run automated UI sweeps without relying on cloud labs.

ArcForge is shipping units to early adopters this quarter, with broader availability planned for Q4. Pricing starts at $599, and the company says it's courting studios and universities where accessible, repeatable mobile testing setups matter.
