Persona Studio includes voice cloning, script templates, and brand-preservation policies that restrict off-brand language and responses. Astra emphasizes reliability for consumer-facing agents and integrates monitoring tools for real-time conversation audits.

At the same time, Astra announced $50 million in strategic funding from MediaTech partners and several global retail chains, which will help roll out large-scale pilots across commerce and hospitality verticals.
