Atlas Cognition raises $100M strategic round for memory-augmented agents

Atlas Cognition announced a $100M strategic investment to scale its memory-augmented agent platform that stores long-term context and user preferences while maintaining auditability and privacy controls. The round included participation from enterprise software partners and cloud providers.

The company plans to use the funding to build connectors to enterprise knowledge bases, add encryption and compliance features, and extend SDKs for domain-specific agents in legal, healthcare and customer support verticals. Atlas stressed its emphasis on controllable forgetting and human-in-the-loop governance.

Executives said the capital will also speed product internationalization and create certification programs for partners that want to deploy memory-enabled agents safely. Atlas projects an enterprise-focused GA release in early 2027 with pilot enrollments underway.
