Atlas Robotics Nets $120M to Scale Warehouse Robot Fleet and Launch AI Orchestration Suite

Atlas Robotics will use the $120 million to expand manufacturing capacity, open a second North American fulfillment center, and accelerate development of AtlasFlow, a SaaS orchestration layer that schedules tasks across heterogeneous robots and human workers. The company claims AtlasFlow will reduce idle time by up to 35% in pilot deployments.

AtlasFlow combines reinforcement-learning-based task allocation with a visual operations dashboard for supervisors. The platform integrates with major warehouse management systems and provides simulation tools for testing layout changes before deployment. Atlas says early pilots with two national retailers resulted in 12–18% throughput gains.

CEO Marisol Vega highlighted the business case: “Customers want predictable throughput gains with minimal integration risk. AtlasFlow standardizes how robots and people work together.” Commercial availability for AtlasFlow is slated for Q1 2027, with enterprise pilots beginning this fall.
