Auric Health announced a $22 million financing round to scale a patient intake platform that combines conversational AI with adaptive form logic. The system personalizes intake flows based on specialty, patient history, and device context to reduce friction and improve data completeness.

The platform outputs structured clinical data that integrates with EMRs and provides suggested coding and triage recommendations for clinicians to review. Auric emphasizes clinician oversight and includes audit trails and export options for compliance.

Pilot clinics observed higher completion rates and faster triage times, particularly for complex specialties where standard forms often miss contextual details. Auric plans to expand to behavioral health and chronic care management verticals.

The company will use the funding to expand clinical data partnerships, build deeper EMR connectors, and pursue certifications needed for hospital procurement processes.
