Aurora Robotics announced AuroLift, a new autonomous lifter that promises continuous operations through hot-swappable battery packs and predictive maintenance. The unit is optimized for narrow-aisle storage and uses hybrid SLAM with LiDAR and camera fusion for robust navigation in dynamic warehouses.

The company is offering AuroLift as a managed fleet service, bundling hardware, fleet orchestration, and integration with existing warehouse management systems. Early pilots reported throughput improvements and fewer manual-lift injuries due to better ergonomics and predictable task scheduling.

Aurora highlighted their new remote monitoring tools that give operations teams live telemetry and automated task prioritization. The offering is targeted at third-party logistics providers and retail distribution centers that need to scale quickly without heavy upfront capital costs.
