BlueSky Robotics announced a $110 million Series C led by an infrastructure-focused investor group to scale its autonomous last-mile delivery pod fleet. The company plans to deploy more units in dense urban corridors and invest in advanced perception stacks to handle crowded sidewalks and micro-mobility interactions.
Alongside funding, BlueSky signed pilot agreements with several municipalities to test curbside logistics, mapped micro-depots, and standardized curb-loading zones. The firm emphasizes safety and neighborhood compatibility, with pedestrian-aware behavior models and passive docking stations designed for compact urban footprints.
Funds will go toward manufacturing scale-up, redundancy features, and operational partnerships with grocery and retail chains. BlueSky also announced developer APIs to allow retailers to integrate route optimization and dynamic pricing for micro-deliveries.
