Canva AI brings Brand Kit Autopilot for one-click system-wide identity

Canva introduced Brand Kit Autopilot to help small businesses and marketing teams build coherent design systems quickly. Upload a logo and write a two-sentence brand brief, and Autopilot generates color tokens, typographic scales, button and card components, and sample templates for social, web, and print.

The generated system is tokenized, so designers can export variables (colors, spacing units, typefaces) for Figma, CSS-in-JS, or JSON-based design tokens. Canva also includes accessibility checks and suggests contrast improvements where necessary.

Canva positioned Brand Kit Autopilot as a productivity feature for teams that lack dedicated designers, while giving pro users the ability to refine token decisions and lock assets behind a brand governance panel. The feature is rolling out to Canva Pro customers this quarter.
