CanvasArc Raises $14M to Launch Collaborative UI Prototyping with Live Code Export
Design · 5 min read
CanvasArc announced a $14 million Series A and the general availability of a collaborative UI prototyping tool that produces production-ready code exports.
Designers can prototype in a shared canvas while developers make live edits to the underlying code; CanvasArc synchronizes both sides and highlights conflicts. Exports support React, SwiftUI, and Jetpack Compose with component-based structure and unit-test scaffolding.
The product also features design tokens, runtime theming, and per-component performance budgets. CanvasArc integrates with CI/CD pipelines so UI changes can pass through automated checks before hitting production.
Funding will grow engineering and developer advocacy teams, expand platform integrations, and launch enterprise features like SSO and audit trails. The company is opening an SDK for third-party export targets.
