CartaDesign secures $14M to scale a component-first UX analytics platform

CartaDesign announced new funding to scale its analytics platform that correlates user behavior with UI components and design tokens. Product and design teams can see which components cause friction, how changes ripple across pages, and who owns each component, enabling targeted refactors and faster iteration cycles.

The $14 million round was led by Accel and will be used for product expansion, including deeper A/B testing integrations, CI hooks to detect design regressions, and support for multi-brand design systems. CartaDesign highlighted customers in fintech and SaaS using the tool to reduce conversion drop-offs tied to specific UI modules.

The new dashboard visualizes component-level metrics and provides recommended actions, blending quantitative telemetry with qualitative issue reports. CartaDesign plans to add anomaly detection and a plug-in for popular Figma workflows so designers can preview the impact of proposed changes.
