ClarityAI raises $26M to launch explainability tooling for foundation models

The company offers a visual debugger that correlates model outputs with training data slices and feature attributions, enabling engineers and auditors to trace why a model produced a particular response. ClarityAI emphasizes tooling for regulated sectors where explainability is increasingly required.

The $26 million round, led by Vertex Growth, will be used to extend support to multimodal models, scale low-latency tracing, and hire compliance experts to build industry-specific compliance packs for finance and healthcare customers.
