Cognify Labs Raises $120M and Launches Multi-Modal Prompt Studio for Designers

Cognify Labs closed a $120 million Series C led by Polaris Ventures with participation from Neon Peak and Summit Ridge. The funding will expand engineering teams across Cambridge and Berlin and accelerate go-to-market for Prompt Studio, which the company is launching globally today.

Prompt Studio combines a multi-modal prompt editor with live preview canvases that let designers generate images, motion, voiceovers and copy from unified context. The tool hooks into Figma and Adobe XD via a plugin and exports design tokens and animation curves directly to code-friendly formats.

Cognify emphasizes control and collaboration: Prompt Studio includes prompt versioning, explainability traces and role-based guardrails so teams can audit how assets were generated. Early enterprise customers in retail and automotive report 30–40% faster concept cycles in pilot tests, setting expectations for broader adoption among product design teams.
