Design startup Loomline raises $28M to expand productized UX research

Loomline announced a $28 million Series B led by Ridge River Capital, bringing its total funding to $46 million. The startup offers a productized UX research service that combines recruit panels, moderated and unmoderated studies, and automated synthesis delivered through a web dashboard.

The company says the new capital will fund expansions in enterprise features—single sign-on, research governance, and artifact versioning—as well as growth of its global recruiting panel. Loomline also plans to invest in AI-assisted synthesis that auto-generates persona drafts, clickable journey maps, and prioritized recommendation backlogs.

Customers cited in the release include mid-market SaaS firms and consumer apps. Loomline emphasizes faster turnaround than traditional agencies, aiming to go from brief to insights in under a week for many study types.
