These features reduce friction for hosts, but the increased number of control surfaces can overwhelm smaller communities. The app deals with this by collapsing advanced controls under an event mode, which simplifies the standard join path.

For designers, the teardown notes the importance of smooth transitions from stage to open voice: animation and audio crossfade help preserve conversational context.
