EchoBrush raises $6.5M to launch a generative texture library for 3D artists

TextureVault provides on-demand, editable PBR textures with parameter sliders for weathering, scale, and material sensitivity. 3D artists can request texture variants and receive both final maps and layered PSD/EXR sources for fine-tuning.

EchoBrush’s $6.5 million seed, led by RenderFund, will be invested in dataset curation, licensing negotiations for commercial use, and a faster generation pipeline. The company aims to reduce the repetitive work of creating base materials for environments and assets.

The product includes tight integrations with Substance and Blender, enabling one-click imports and adaptive tiling based on scene scale. EchoBrush also launched a credits-based pricing model for indie teams and an enterprise plan for studios requiring perpetual licenses.

By providing editable source layers rather than static outputs, EchoBrush aims to blend generative speed with artistic control, letting technical artists use generated pixels as a foundation instead of a finished asset.
