EchoForge's EchoSync promises sub-50ms global sync for match-based and persistently connected games, with built-in rollback, deterministic lockstep, and cloud-authoritative hosting. The company says its middleware reduces the network engineering burden for small studios and speeds up launch timelines.
The Series B capital will expand EchoForge's server footprint, add automated scalability features, and further develop SDKs for Unreal, Unity, and custom engines. BITKRAFT led the round alongside Insight Partners and several strategic studio investors.
EchoForge also revealed partnerships with two indie publishers to pilot the engine on upcoming titles, and a competitive pricing tier aimed at hobbyist developers and early-stage studios. The company highlighted the engine's telemetry hooks designed for live-ops teams and UX researchers tracking retention-affecting network issues.
