EchoForge wins $11M to build audio-first AI tools for game UX

EchoForge, a startup creating audio-first AI tooling for game development, announced an $11 million seed round to expand its suite of adaptive sound and narration generators. The platform generates context-aware music, dynamic SFX and procedural dialogue lines that adapt to gameplay states.

The company emphasizes designer control: authors define emotional contours and rules, and the AI generates assets that can be refined in an editor before being exported to game engines. EchoForge also introduced middleware that syncs audio variations with common engines like Unity and Unreal.

Publishers piloting EchoForge say the tech reduces iteration cycles for audio-heavy features and makes it feasible for smaller teams to deliver adaptive soundtracks without big budgets. The funding will expand the asset library and real-time tooling.
