EchoFrame raises $9M to build collaborative AR whiteboards for hybrid product teams

EchoFrame announced a $9 million seed round to develop a collaborative AR whiteboard optimized for hybrid product teams. The platform supports simultaneous drawing on 2D surfaces and 3D annotations on spatial models, synced in real time between headsets, tablets, and desktops.
EchoFrame includes facilitation tools like timeboxing, sticky-note clustering, and session playback so facilitators can review how ideas evolved. The company is emphasizing low-latency synchronization and cross-device fidelity to reduce friction in workshops that blend remote and in-room participants.
Seed funds will go toward SDK development, enterprise security features such as SSO and audit logs, and partnerships with spatial hardware makers. EchoFrame plans enterprise pilots with several design agencies this fall.
