EchoMind raises $26M to launch conversational UX platform for customer service

EchoMind announced a $26 million Series A led by ServiceLayer Capital and launched EchoDesk, a platform that combines AI-assisted agent workflows, live assistance, and unified conversational memory for customer service teams. EchoDesk focuses on improving agent efficiency while maintaining oversight and compliance.
The product layers generative suggestions into agent desktops with a granular approval step, automatic response templates, and conversation summarization. It also provides a customer journey map that links conversation moments to downstream metrics like CSAT and resolution time.
EchoMind will deploy the funding to expand fine-tuning services, build connectors to CRMs and call platforms, and invest in safety tooling. Several mid-market SaaS companies signed early contracts for phased rollouts.
