FigJam introduces AI facilitator for design critique sessions
Design · 3 min read
The AI facilitator listens to typed and spoken notes during FigJam sessions, generates concise summaries, and produces prioritized action lists linked to specific frames. It can also surface common critique themes like contrast issues or alignment errors and suggest concrete experiments to test proposed fixes.
Facilitators can prompt the assistant to draft annotated feedback documents or convert discussion points into Jira and Monday tasks. The model is tuned to preserve tone and context, producing neutral phrasing suitable for cross-functional communication.
FigJam provides workspace controls so organizations can restrict where the facilitator runs and who can invoke it. Early adopters report improved follow-through from workshops when action items are generated immediately and tied to artifacts in the board.
