FlowLedger launches as billing-focused indie SaaS for solo designers

FlowLedger debuts today with a tight feature set: invoicing, expense capture, recurring billing, and time tracking optimized for creative workflows. The product emphasizes micro-interactions and a single-screen invoice editor that mirrors how designers think about projects and deliverables.

Founder and ex-design director Maya Singh says the product grew out of frustration with generalist accounting tools that force creative businesses into rigid tax workflows. Early beta customers praise its templated invoices that keep brand consistency without heavy setup.

FlowLedger is bootstrapped, offers a freemium tier for up to five invoices per month, and integrates with Stripe and QuickBooks Online. The team plans a public roadmap driven by a community forum where users can upvote UX improvements.
