FluxAI Raises $45M Series B to Expand Real-Time Design Assistant

FluxAI, a startup that builds AI assistants for UX and product design teams, closed a $45 million Series B led by Meridian Capital. The raise values the company at roughly $380 million and includes participation from existing backers and new strategic investors in the design and developer tooling spaces.

The company will use proceeds to accelerate its roadmap: tighter Figma and Sketch integrations, live collaboration features for distributed design teams, and an SDK that lets third parties add domain-specific assistant modules. FluxAI’s founder emphasized improving design fidelity and preserving team intent when the assistant makes suggestions.

For design professionals, the immediate impact will be faster iteration cycles and more consistent design systems generated across platforms. FluxAI says its new multilingual model will help global teams maintain brand voice and accessibility patterns without rework, a point that could shift resourcing in agencies and in-house studios.
