FrameForge Launches 'SmartTemplates' for Rapid Game UX and Raises $6M Seed
Gaming · 3 min read
FrameForge's SmartTemplates are modular UI kits that come with tweens, input handling, and accessibility baked in. The templates export to Unity and Godot and include a visual editor for designers to customize behavior without coding.
The seed round was led by IndieSeed and will help FrameForge expand template libraries and provide localization-ready components. Templates also include responsive layouts for controller, touch, and keyboard+mouse inputs.
FrameForge is introducing a marketplace model where designers can sell templates and microsystems, encouraging community contributions. The platform includes runtime telemetry to help teams see how players interact with UI elements in the wild.
The funding will support expanding engine integrations, adding custom animation curves, and building an enterprise tier for studios that need private template libraries and collaboration features.
