FrameForge Raises $28M to Build an End-to-End AR Commerce Platform
Tech ยท 5 min read
FrameForge's platform converts catalog images into interactive AR scenes and provides widgets for try-on, spatial placement, and product customization. The new funding will be used to develop richer material scanning and optimize streaming for mobile AR commerce.
Key additions include a plug-and-play SDK for retailers, support for configurable product attributes, and native checkout flows that reduce friction from discovery to purchase. FrameForge is also investing in backend connectors to sync inventory and fulfillment data.
Retail designers and UX leads highlighted the need for consistent, fast-loading AR assets that map to brand guidelines. FrameForge said it will introduce design templates and testing tools to help teams measure conversion lifts from AR experiences.
