FrameGrid launches component-driven design system platform and raises $10M Series A

FrameGrid focuses on the lifecycle of components—creation, versioning, QA, and rollout—so teams can safely evolve UI elements while tracking breaking changes. It integrates with major design tools and outputs framework-specific component libraries with automated accessibility checks.

The $10 million Series A was led by Interface Ventures and will fund engineering to deepen code generation, expand CI/CD integrations, and add enterprise governance features. FrameGrid aims to reduce design-developer friction and the manual work of maintaining parity between design mockups and production UI.

Design leads reported that FrameGrid’s change propagation and visual diff tooling reduced the time needed to validate component updates, particularly in cross-platform apps. The company plans a pilot program for continuous visual testing later this quarter.
