FrameGrid Raises $6M and Launches GridDeck, a Collaborative Layout Tool for Product Teams

GridDeck lets designers define responsive constraints once and auto-generates variant layouts for breakpoints, freeing teams from manual resizing. The tool includes a shared token system so spacing, typography, and component behavior stay synchronized across pages and team members.

Real-time collaboration features mirror developer workflows: developers can toggle a 'code view' that highlights responsive logic and exports accessible HTML/CSS with component references. FrameGrid emphasized that GridDeck’s constraint engine produces predictable layouts that reduce hand-off friction.

The $6 million seed round, led by Studio Ventures, will fund integrations with popular design platforms, development of an enterprise component store, and further work on accessibility tooling. FrameGrid plans a public beta next month for agencies and product teams.
