FrameKit Releases AR Prototyping Suite 'Anchor' and Raises $25M Series A
Design · 5 min read
Anchor provides a visual editor for spatial UX components, live device preview and cross-device session recording. Designers can place interactive UI elements in physical scenes, test occlusion and lighting, and export interaction scripts to Unity or WebXR.
FrameKit stresses speed: Anchor’s asset library and templated interaction patterns allow nontechnical designers to prototype complex AR behaviors without writing code. The platform also includes user-testing workflows to capture quantitative engagement metrics from in-device pilots.
The Series A will fund deeper integrations with enterprise AR hardware vendors and beef up collaboration features like shared live sessions and versioned prototypes. Early enterprise partners in retail and industrial maintenance are using Anchor to reduce validation time for AR procedures.
