Framer Auto-Interactions adds generative micro-interaction presets
Design · 3 min read
Auto-Interactions analyzes component types—buttons, input fields, cards—and suggests micro-interactions such as easing curves, staggered children motion, and conditional haptic patterns for mobile prototypes. Designers can apply presets and then fine-tune timing, damping, and triggers.
Framer uses a mixture of example-based learning and parametric templates to ensure interactions are both expressive and performant. The tool includes best-practice defaults for accessibility, like respecting reduced motion preferences and providing non-visual alternatives to motion cues.
The company also launched a community marketplace where creators can publish custom micro-interaction packs. Framer hopes the new presets will help teams deliver lifelike prototypes faster and standardize motion language across products.
