FrameScale raises $25M to scale a visual regression testing platform for design teams

FrameScale closed a $25 million Series A to scale its visual regression testing platform, which focuses on component-level diffs and perceptual comparisons rather than pixel-perfect snapshots. The platform integrates into CI and design tools to provide contextual visual feedback directly in pull requests.
Features include perceptual sensitivity controls, an approvals queue tailored for designers, and a "design-aware" diff algorithm that tolerates token-driven theming changes. FrameScale also provides integration with Figma so designers can see the originating artboard for a failing diff.
The capital will help FrameScale build deeper developer- and designer-facing workflows, expand their SDKs for mobile platforms, and offer enterprise controls for visual testing at scale. Customers report fewer regressions making it to staging and faster cross-functional sign-offs.
