FrameWorks launches instant design tokens service after $14M seed

FrameWorks announced a $14 million seed round led by Accel to build a hosted design tokens platform for engineering and design teams. The company released Tokens Live, a service that propagates token updates instantly to web, iOS, and Android clients with conflict resolution and audit logs.

Tokens Live supports nested theming, platform-specific fallbacks, and an SDK that integrates with popular component libraries. FrameWorks positioned the product as a bridge between design decision-making and runtime UI consistency.

The company also published guidelines for versioning tokens, handling deprecations, and bridging token changes to automated QA pipelines. Funds will be used to scale the sync infrastructure and expand integrations with Figma, Storybook, and CI systems.
