Glyph Design Raises $12M to Build a No-Code Motion Design Tool for Product Teams

Glyph Design announced a $12 million seed round led by Horizon Collective, intended to fund development of a no-code motion design tool geared to product teams.
The platform uses a state-driven approach rather than traditional timelines, letting designers and non-designers define interaction states and transitions with visual rules. Glyph integrates with Figma, Sketch, and React code exports to keep animations production-ready.
Glyph says the tool reduces handoff friction: engineers can consume serialized animation specs, and product managers can iterate on timing and easing without pulling in designers. The company also ships a design system plugin to sync component libraries and ensure consistent motion tokens.
The seed will pay for engineering hires and UX research; Glyph is opening an invite-only beta for enterprise customers next month, with pricing tiered by seat and runtime usage.
