Glyph Health announced a $65 million Series B led by HealthWave Capital with participation from several hospital systems. The company offers an AI UI that surfaces patient context, suggests documentation phrasing, and automatically populates coding fields to reduce time clinicians spend in EHRs.

The UI sits as a unified pane that integrates with major EHR vendors via secure APIs and offers real-time suggestions informed by structured and unstructured patient data. Glyph emphasizes clinician oversight and audit trails to ensure suggestions are accurate and compliant.

Hospital pilots report 20–30% reductions in documentation time and improvements in coding capture rates, translating to operational savings. Glyph will invest the proceeds into expanding clinical model validation, interoperability connectors, and compliance capabilities.
