GlyphAI raises $28M and ships DesignerGPT — a generative assistant for interface patterns

GlyphAI announced a $28 million funding round and released DesignerGPT, a generative assistant built to help product designers and front-end developers propose consistent UI patterns and accessibility improvements. DesignerGPT connects to a project’s live design tokens and component library to produce suggestions that respect existing constraints and brand guidelines.
The assistant can analyze UIs for contrast, focus order, and interactive affordances, then propose fixes with code snippets that developers can paste into their repository. GlyphAI emphasizes that DesignerGPT keeps a change log and traces suggestions back to token versions to maintain auditability.
The funding will expand integrations with design platforms, IDEs, and testing suites. Early enterprise customers reported a reduction in accessibility review cycles and faster prototyping when DesignerGPT suggested component adaptations that preserved visual language.
