Harbor combines LIDAR, vision, and negotiation protocols to coordinate with yard cranes, trucks, and terminals. The system optimizes container placement for retrieval efficiency and performs automated visual inspections to flag damage or mislabels before shipping.

Helio offers a centralized orchestration console that integrates with existing TOS (Terminal Operating Systems) and provides a real-time dashboard for operators and safety teams. Harbor's fleet can operate during night shifts to increase throughput with lower staffing costs.

Ports testing Harbor reported higher yard utilization and fewer misplaced containers, but integration with legacy crane controllers and safety certification processes remain complex. Helio will use pilot feedback to pursue certifications and expand its integrator partner network.
