Helix Labs launches Helix Studio, a low-code platform for building AI copilots

Helix Studio provides a low-code canvas where teams can define user intents, map data sources, and create dialogue flows for AI copilots. The platform includes prebuilt connectors for CRMs, ticketing systems, and internal knowledge bases, plus governance controls for hallucination mitigation and audit logs.

The company also announced a $25 million Series A led by Foundry Peak, with funds earmarked for expanding enterprise integrations and improving model evaluation tooling. Helix emphasizes a 'guardrails-first' approach, bundling automated fact-checkers and human-in-the-loop moderation for sensitive domains.

Early adopters include customer support organizations that use Helix copilots to triage tickets and draft responses, cutting first-response times while preserving human oversight. Helix Studio will be offered as a managed cloud service and an on-premise option for regulated customers.
