Customers praised Helm for allowing product teams to own more of the end-to-end feature lifecycle and for shortening the time from concept to live iteration. Helm also emphasized built-in compliance tooling aimed at regulated industries.

The capital will fund SOC 2 and ISO certifications, expand integration partners, and scale enterprise support. Helm plans to introduce a marketplace of prebuilt connectors and workflow templates for common product patterns later this year.
