HeloAir introduced a new laptop series offered via subscription: customers sign up for a hardware plan that includes periodic component upgrades at local service hubs. The modular chassis supports hot-swappable compute modules, batteries, and wireless radios, allowing users to keep the core device and refresh performance over time.

The service includes managed OS and security updates, asset tracking for enterprise customers, and an exchange program to recycle replaced modules. HeloAir argues this model reduces total cost of ownership and environmental impact by extending device lifetimes through targeted upgrades instead of full replacements.

Initial pricing starts at a competitive monthly fee with options for pro graphics modules aimed at creative professionals. HeloAir’s CEO, Samira Osei, said the company is partnering with major retailers for in-person swap locations and expects enterprise adoption by IT teams wanting predictable refresh cycles.
