HoloForge raises $110M to ship spatial collaboration hardware for creative teams

The round was led by StudioWorks and included strategic content partners. HoloForge’s kit pairs lightweight MR headsets with room sensors that track large-scale props and synchronizes spatial state across remote participants with sub-50ms latency.

Targeted at film, architecture, and industrial design teams, HoloForge enables mixed-presence sessions where physical models and virtual assets coexist, annotated in real time. The company emphasized ergonomics and easy setup, with a vanishing calibration routine that runs in under five minutes.

HoloForge will pilot the hardware with three post-production houses and an architecture firm later this year. The funding will also support a creative grant program and developer APIs for tool integrations with motion capture and CAD packages.
